** Cancellation Policy **

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of your time slot. If cancellation occurs after this 24 hour window, there will be no refund issued. Each appointment takes 1-2 hours of prep beforehand so the sooner I’m notified, the better. Thank you for understanding :)
